All trial packs, class packages including sale packages, will automatically expire if not activated within activation period stated (from purchase date).

All packages will be activated upon first class booked; regardless of whether the class is waitlisted, attended, cancelled or no-showed.

All memberships will be activated on the date of purchase

All shareable packs’ class count must be predetermined before activation and validity will be split and shared respectively. Please email us upon purchase.

Cancellation Period

• 12 hours before class time.

Late Cancellations

• A $5.00 Late Cancellation fee will apply for all classes.

No-Shows

• A $10.00 No-Show fee will apply if class is missed.

All packs and memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXTENDABLE.

By purchasing The Reformer Society Packs & Memberships, all members must comply with all terms & conditions as specified on our website.
