Terms & Conditions

    • All trial packs, class packs and memberships, including sale packs and memberships, will automatically expire if not activated within activation period stated (from purchase date).

    • All packs & memberships will be activated upon first class booked; regardless of whether the class is waitlisted, attended, cancelled or no-showed.

    • All shareable packs’ class count will be predetermined before activation and validity will be split and shared respectively.

    • Cancellation Period

      • 12 hours before class time.

    • Late Cancellations

      • A $5.00 Late Cancellation fee will apply for all classes.

    • No-Shows

      • A $10.00 No-Show fee will apply if class is missed.

    • All packs and memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXTENDABLE.

    • By purchasing The Reformer Society Packs & Memberships, all members must comply with all terms & conditions as specified on our website.
