Hey First Timer, Welcome To
YOUR FIRST CLASS
-
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts. If you arrive earlier, you may need to wait outside as the doors open exactly 10 minutes prior to class time.
If you are a first-timer, please inform the instructor so they can assist you better.
Releasing of Spots
We will release any spots that have not been checked in 2 minutes before class starts. These spots will be offered to members on the physical waitlist, walk-ins, or members looking to change their spots.
If your spot is released due to late check-in, you will be marked as a No-Show, and 1 class credit will be deducted plus a $10 no-show penalty.
Late Arrival
Once the doors are closed and the class has started, the studio will be locked. You will not be allowed to enter the class or studio after this grace period, even if you checked in earlier and stepped out. This policy is to avoid disruptions during class.
Please keep track of time and stay close to the studio entrance to avoid being locked out.
Note that late check-ins will be marked as a No-Show, with 1 class credit deducted plus a $10 no-show fee.
After Class
Please wipe down and reset your reformer after class. We kindly ask you to leave the studio within 10 minutes after class ends to allow the instructor to prepare for the next session.
