All standard class packages, including sale packages, will automatically expire if not activated within 30 days of purchase

All trial packages will automatically expire if not activated within 14 days of purchase

All memberships will be activated on the date of purchase

All packages will be activated upon first class booked; regardless of whether the class is waitlisted, attended, cancelled or no-showed

Validity of each pack is stated in the package name

All packs cannot be shared unless stated otherwise in the name of the pack

All shareable packs class count must be predetermined before activation and validity will be split and shared respectively. Please email us upon purchase.

Early Cancellation Period

• 12 hours prior to class time

Late Cancellation

• A $5.00 Late Cancellation fee will apply for any late cancellations for all classes.

No Show

• A $10.00 No-Show fee will apply if class is missed (not present in class when the class starts)

Late Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to your card on file, if no valid reason is provided within a week from late cancel/no show

A valid credit card must be on file for the duration of the active package

Package will be automatically frozen if credit card on file becomes invalid

Packs and memberships can be frozen twice per package with a valid Medical Certificate or Travel Documents, on a case by case basis.

Freeze period minimum 1 month, maximum of 50% of the original pack validity in totality, capped at 6 months. Packs and memberships will resume after the freeze period with the extended validity

All packs and memberships includes GST

By purchasing The Reformer Society Packs & Memberships, all members must comply with all terms and conditions as specified on our website

All packs and memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXTENDABLE

Failure to comply with the T&Cs may result in the denial of participation or cancellation
